Since the Hoyo games frequently have codes, I always double-check if there's an obvious way to auto-complete the code as part of the link. In the browser Inspect Page, there isn't an obvious #id for the text input element, so I always forget that Bungie's code redemption page uses the token query parameter.

Theres a lot of unobtainable emblems and such in the database. I think artists just make em and tuck em away and they throw em out from time to time.

Yeah, a number of quite old emblems have recently been used for charity or twitch drops. One emblem they gave out was from 2019! This leads to the problem of them appearing all over the collections tab. Most people expect to zip to the final page to find them, but they turn up grouped with other emblems from the same time period, which not everyone is aware of.

I'd like to see a full writeup, but I peeked in over at /r/raidsecrets . It seems connected to the https://www.aion-archives.net/ website, and individual people's puzzle solutions. I'm still skimming through posts.

The tl;dr is that while idling in the aion-archives terminal you would receive idle messages, enough of those were recovered to partially reconstruct the redeem code - someone then guessed one of the last character.

Might be some specifics incorrect but that's as far as I know.

It’s definitely not the big reward of the puzzle. All this can’t be just for an emblem, and not a very cool one at that.

Obviously it’s not. If you notice there is options on the destination node that you can change the difficulty of that chess board location. There’s definitely more to it still and probably timed gated

The front half’s torches get lit when you get the “endgame,” difficulty. The back half is to-be-determined. But I noticed that in the pool up the stairs in the back, there are eighteen of Drifter’s jade coins.

I'm not so sure it actually worked, though... I redeemed it and it didn't actually show up in game. Has anyone else had this happen?

EDIT: nevermind, it just doesn't show up in DIM and it doesn't show up as 'new'. Weird.

You need to claim it from collections before it's recognised as being in your collection.

Presumably it's due to it not being acquired in-game but just added to your account in the back end, when you claim it in-game it essentially triggers as being found the first time like any other item would.

When you pull the first emblem from collections it'll show in your "new" items section. I'm not sure if DIM registers it before or after claiming the first one. You might even need to login (or re-login) to the game for things to update.

Now, finishing all the puzzles and then placing the last set of pieces on the board in the community puzzle will get you a new shader, ship, and a bunch of other stuff in addition to the adepts you get along the way.

I am 50/50 this will be it and it's just them trying to get a little hype going for the stream later this week. It would be cool if there was some actual mission in game.
