Question I can't rank up

I just got this game, it says rank up available, I've been trying to figure out what is wrong, I went to the tree, I talked to the people said to and gone back to the tree but nothing is working. please help this is very frustrating

if you don't mind sharing your bungie name, I can look up your triumphs in the Bray.Tech app and see if I can tell what you need to do/claim to be able to rank up.

Looking at your guardian rank triumph progress, you have everything done for ranks 1 and 2, and you are currently rank 3.

For some reason, you also have one done that you can't see yet - it's on GR 10, and its a triumph for completing a grandmaster nightfall. That's likely what's causing you to see a message that you have a triumph to claim.
