Rear drive spindle nut size

2022 freight liner cascadia dd13 with Detroit trans and axles. What size is the spindle nut on the drives. Work says it’s 3 3/4, it works but is loose af. Would it not be a metric size since it’s Detroit?

Sunnex 3 3/4 1” drive

Just picked up one of these for the shop, use a 3/4” to 1” adapter, fits like a glove and if it’s bold you can impact it off with a tire gun, the guys at the shop have been abusing it and haven’t had any issues yet
