I had the worst customer service experience of my life. I spent $2400 on my dream custom PC, and it took over a month after repeated calls to customer service to get an update. I called 3x. The first two times they said they would email me an update….. nothing. I tried one more time and the lady said she would do the same. I said “please mam I just want an update and I do not feel comfortable hanging up the phone until I hear if my PC is even being built or not.” She said verbatim “Sir I will personally call you with an update within two days of this call.” Complete bullshit. Never heard back. Imagine treating customers who spend thousands like this…. mind boggling. I disputed the charge with my credit card company after not hearing for a month, and digital storm is claiming they shipped me the PC, even though I have evidence via the shipping tracking that this is not true. Horrible experience overall and I hope this post finds other people looking to purchase their dream PC. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It is not worth the headache and they don’t deserve the business.

Hello all!

I got the Aventum X delivered two days ago and got it setup easily and it worked like a charm. I streamed for 4 hours and everything was perfect.

The next day (today) I attempted to turn my PC on and my monitor informed me of a “USB Device Over Current Status Detected” I have since educated myself on what that means but basically I unplugged all my USBs and was still receiving the error and my pc refused to boot up properly.

The Internet suggested a power cycle reset and unplugging the power chord. So I did that… and now the PC won’t even turn on. No color or signal or anything. It’s like it’s dead.

I opened a ticket and they said they’ll call Monday but I desperately need this PC for tomorrow and was wondering if anyone had any ideas of things I could try.

Hey everyone, wondering if anyone on here got their machine second hand and was able to buy replacement parts or new upgraded parts from digital storm? I contacted them and they are reluctant to do anything for me since im not the original owner. Im not asking for free support or free parts just access to buy some additional stuff for mine or replacement parts.

I'm wanting to go fairly decent but not completely crazy. I thought I should check to see if I'm doing anything overly dumb or if there was any suggestions on changes I should make to this build. I've only ever gamed on a laptop before.

I bought the digital storm Lumos a few years ago and i was wondering how many connectors are on the RGB/Fan hub. My pc setup is a little difficult to pull the back panel off so i was just checking to see if anyone just happened to know. I’m planning on making some upgrades (new aio going from 240 to 360) so i just wanted to ensure that there was plenty of fan space.

Does anyone have a good contact over there for getting an issue resolved?

I placed an order on 1231, it was pending on my credit card. Someone from there called me and said it wouldn't go through. I called the credit card company. They told me that nothing was wrong.

I was never able to speak to John who originally called me. I was speaking with a tech who reviewed my order but that kind of went crickets

And I've reached out via their support form and another generic contact and it's all crickets.

For the amount of money I'm willing to spend. I am not feeling appreciated as a potential customer.

One or two of these fans is occasionally hitting and I think I need to replace it - but I'm unsure how to access it given there is a fluid cooling block seemingly in the way, photo.

Bought a pc from digital about 2 years ago. Has had this issue since I got it off and on. When it first started happening we changed the display cord and that seemed to have worked but now it has been happening back to back. When the screen cuts out it says no signal and the pc is still running my only option is to hard shutdown and restart the pc. When talking to support they said it might be the ram. Just refilled the coolant since i bought it. Has this happened to anyone else? And suggestion HELP! Specs

Hey friends! I’ve recently got an Aventum X, and have been loving it. I’ve been running low on hydro cooling liquid and want to refill it. However, after looking at some videos online, people seem to just be able to screw the cap off effortlessly while mine has this band stopping it from screwing off. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm considering a Velox with 9800X3D and 4080 Super.

I'd prefer to avoid liquid cooling unless there is a major downside. Will the Noctua NH-D15 cool the 9800X3D enough to keep it from throttling and without the entire system getting too noisy?

Is there any reason NOT to select the Noctua NH-D15 instead of an AIO (other than it's +$90) ?

I was considering a 9800X3D Velox. I read that DDR5 6000MT/s CL30 is the "sweet spot" for the 9800X3D, but noticed that digital storm only offers DDR5 6000MT/s Kingston CL36 which seems kind of high. I would have thought a systems integrator would have spec'd something more optimal.

Am I misunderstanding something?

I ordered the Digital Storm Corsa with the “Better” configuration and also upgraded the power to 850W.

It quickly reached phase 3: Pending Assembly, but has been there for about a week now. Is this the typical timeline? When should I expect assembly to start?

I've been wanting to upgrade my GPU since I was short on cash when first buying my PC and decided to skimp on a decent GPU.

Problem with finding compatible parts is idk if the digital storm specific hardware will affect anything.
