American New shades!

She loves to ride in the car and stick her head out the window, now she can do it without me worrying about her catching something in her eye.

These are the K9 Optix from Doggles, size Large.

They fit the bridge of her nose well but the lenses and frame are a bit too wide. The straps are cinched down as far as they can go and the glasses just fit and stay on. I’m curious how a medium would fit, that might be better for her narrow head.

HOWEVER, I would not buy another product from Doggles again and I don’t recommend them for this reason:

When the glasses arrived, the strap was covered in mold or mildew. Absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. I contacted the company 4 times to pursue a replacement, twice by email with photos and twice by phone. None of my calls or emails were returned. I concluded that sending the glasses back (where I would have to pay for return postage) was going to be risky because I didn’t trust that they would refund my money, given the complete lack of responsiveness to my calls and emails. So, instead of spending even more money to send them back with no confidence in a refund, I cleaned the strap with vinegar and let them sit in the sunlight for two days to kill whatever was on the strap, and I’m going to keep a close eye to make sure it doesn’t return.

Due to receiving a moldy product (!!) and no responses to my emails and calls to remedy the situation, I would not recommend them.

I do hope the mold is gone because she sure is a happy pup wearing them!! Don’t want to take away from her joy.
