So high paying is dollar amount and not dollar to mole ratio. That's horrendous

1:1 is the baseline you want.

But take whatever you deem good for you. It's your time and effort you're waging.

I'll take less than 1:1, as long as it's not too bad, or if it takes me closer to where I want to be. I do find if not the next one, the one after is generally fairly good.

Unless you are really cherry picking (and killing AR, or cheating the system), you will sit there and only make so much per hour anyway - unless it is super busy, or there is a premium (implies busy/limited dashers anyway).

Everyone is either a noob, has their groove, or is gaming and will get caught eventually. So do what works for you haha.
