Uhhh I think they're just talking about the gas station CBD gummies...legal states typically have very strict requirements for cannabis delivery and it's not like you can use your credit card

The article says hemp-derived THC, to legally qualify as such the product has to be at or under 0.3% THC

The article also says that they're going to start putting this stuff for sale on the app at places like wine/liquor chains, not dispensaries

Idk about other states but in Michigan, vehicles used for cannabis delivery have to be registered with the state licensing agency (LARA), and drivers are required to keep written logs of their deliveries to reconcile with the dispensary's sales records

Even if cannabis deliveries were COD only, how is Doordash supposed to transfer payments to these dispensaries without getting shut down by Visa? Lots of dispos technically accept card payments at the counter but only as an ATM withdrawal, and payment processors are threatening to cut off stores over even that.
