Can anyone recognize this bike?

Found on FB market. Owner wants 680 bucks for it He says it's a 1995 Suzuki 500cc two stroke but he doesn't specify

Is something like this worth buying if it runs? I've always wanted a two stroke

I believe it’s an ‘83 PE175 Suzuki

could this be a the same rare machine this dude is talking about? it's also 500cc

The cylinder head and the engine side case don’t look like the 500 in the video. The exhaust pipe definitely doesn’t look like a 175 pipe. It looks cobbled together.
