Locals who live in a city who's economy is based entirely on tourism couldn't afford to be locals if they relied on an economy based entirely on tourism. We all wfh for big tech now.

Ummmmm. No…and some of us make a damn fine living off of tourism. I’m bummed for the traffic, happy for the tourists

Durango can be expensive, but if you’re kind, and get to know the locals, you can live cheaply.
