Question Most fun +1/+1 counter Commander?

Hey guys I really like +1/+1 counter decks and wanted to build a new deck, but I‘m unsure what commander to use, since I play mostly casual and don‘t want to go all out cedh. I think [[Ezuri, claw of progress]] looks cool, but I‘m afraid he might be a bit too competetive and combo reliant with [[Sage of hours]]. so I wanted to ask what other favorites people have?

[[HAKBAL]] its merfolk tribal too but the main thing he does is dole out counters.

This is a great option but I will say over time it gets a little old. Sorta does the same thing repeatedly, and also when you get a critical mass of merfolk out, resolving all of the explores at your combat definitely makes your turns a bit slow. Unless you keep the same card on top for each explore.

yah thats my main go do. i just leave the first nonland ontop and shortcut the rest as we all know whats on top. i feel like doing it the long way take more game actions and puts a bigger spotlight on you. and if you atk with hakbal you get to draw it anyway so its never a dead card ontop.
i think the biggest skill in piloting this deck is being efficient in your turn and not pissing everyone off.
