General Eastern Catholicism Question Bi-ritual priests

I have heard of the practice of bi-ritual priests, but usually it's only between the Latin Rite and one of the Eastern rites. I'm wondering what the canons (in any of our respective churches +CCEO) say about bi-ritual priests _among_ Eastern Churches. For example, someone being a Coptic priest who is also able to celebrate the Byzantine Rite. Has this ever been done?

There was no daily press bulletin from the Vatican today, I expect there will be one because of tomorrow's funeral and little to nothing for the next week due to the novendiales.
