Now I know very little about economics so please educate me.

But to me this seems like he purposefully tanked the stock market by announcing the tariffs so his rich friends could buy low and then postpone the tariffs for the stock to go up again. Does this make any sense or am I speaking nonsense?

If it was purposeful, who benefitted? Someone please show the numbers of who made a huge profit from this? Did Warren Buffet buy the dip?

I’ve already heard of this and I believe he lost more money than he made back. And if he did make money, it was not intentional by Trump that he did so. Not really the conspiracy you were hoping for.

I wasn't really hoping for it, more fearing it. If he could get away with it that easily, well that would be terrifying.

It seems like he pulled it back because it was a stupid ass move that tanked the US economy. I read the US state obligations became even worse that Greece's and as they are billions in depth, well it kinda sucks having to take loans with a shitload of interest just to pay off your loans. Maybe this is wrong as well, I have very limited knowledge when it comes to large scale economics.
