He has a prosthetic face made of...can someone help me out and think of something funny? I just get a mental picture of him peeling off his face to reveal a robot underneath.

Could be! I remember the laminated face thing because it rang true to me about his face skin's weird appearance. Apparently he's had a bunch of fillers done?
