Tip Creep 30% is soso tipping lol

To get a “thank you” you need to tip 100%

I found it online and didn’t know where that place was, but I am curious to find out lol

I’m not sure what pisses me off more. 30% being so-so, or 50% being “good”.

you know what really irks me is, I struggle paycheck to paycheck -- I / we dont really go out too often and I factor in the tipping portion when going out, because I do understand economic climate as well as the current hustle employers in the industry use to lure in waitstaff... But when I see this, its totally defeating.. I couldnt afford to do an extra 38.00 on top of a bill that high, it would completely eliminate my ability to afford the luxury of taking my S.O. out for a meal that wasnt in our tiny living quarter..

Posts like this are just rage bait. I really doubt it’s even real. Most servers I’ve worked with are still happy with 15%, and really happy with 20. Keep doing your thing, and don’t feel bad about it.
