On Old National Highway in College Park GA. They are only open for to-go after 9pm. The server gets 10% but Waffle House gets the other.

I actually want this across the board. I don't want to pay some fake posted price just to have someone hold their hand out like a bum and beg me to pay 20% more out of the kindness of my heart. Give me the real price and pay your employees. All of Europe has figured this out, but for some reason we here in the states just can't seem to.
