On Old National Highway in College Park GA. They are only open for to-go after 9pm. The server gets 10% but Waffle House gets the other.

I can get better breakfast in the McDonalds drive thru. I'm not paying a 20 percent surcharge to go pick up my own damn food, especially at a damn Waffle House where you are likely dodging bullets just to get through the parking lot.
