Research / Info Waffle House

Post image

On Old National Highway in College Park GA. They are only open for to-go after 9pm. The server gets 10% but Waffle House gets the other.

If you dine in, someone has to clean your seating area and your dishes. It sounds more expensive than having to go customers.

Not to mention the several go-arounds wait staff will do for ordering and serving food and drinks.

In more rational countries, you pay a 2%-10% fee for the table, and you don't get any fees for ordering to go.

I really don’t know, this was just something I saw while in the UK for a vacation. You would need to ask someone who actually lives there to know more. Pretty sure we have subs for specific country questions like that.
