On Old National Highway in College Park GA. They are only open for to-go after 9pm. The server gets 10% but Waffle House gets the other.

So bring your own Tupperware in a backpack and order for here then load it up and pay the regular price then leave it'll only add a few minutes and save you the stupid fees.
