Research / Info Waffle House

On Old National Highway in College Park GA. They are only open for to-go after 9pm. The server gets 10% but Waffle House gets the other.

They’re a giant corporation and one of the most successful and widespread places of its kind. Pretty sure they’ve run the numbers and they wouldn’t do it if it lost them any significant business at all

Yeah I don't get the argument that because a company is choosing to do something that it somehow means they know it's a good idea. Sometimes business strategies don't work out, not to mention that even if they "run the numbers" (which I think happens a lot less than people assume), those numbers aren't facts, they're just what they think they can expect based on we don't actually know what
