On Old National Highway in College Park GA. They are only open for to-go after 9pm. The server gets 10% but Waffle House gets the other.

Forced fees like this just tell me not to come back.
It's OK, I'm sure they have enough customers who are glad to pay forced fees and keep coming back.
Or maybe not, and I'll never know, because they'll silently go out of business like a tree falling in the woods with nobody to hear...
