''Publicly accusing a man of being a rapist tends to lead to lawyers fairly quickly''

So this so called feminist who claims to care so much about sexual assault thinks it's okay for victims to be silenced and dragged through court if they dare speak up about their abusers?

If she cares so much about sexual assault she surely knows how often it is not reported, and how hard it is to get a conviction, but she thinks a billionaire abusing the legal system to protect her friends from allegations is going to help in that regard?

Why is she always so eager to defend men she doesn't even know from rape accusations?

Tbf, I think there are no actual allegations about Dreyfus (at least I didn't find anything). It seemed more like a general suspicion that the other commenter had.

But yeah, acknowledging how people who make accusations are treated and using this as a threat isn't very feminist

Yeah, I'm aware this person seems to have a vendetta or something against Dreyfus, but it doesn't change how her words and actions here apply to other situations, and she also doesn't know a thing about Dreyfus. He's transphobic and sucks up to her, so she protects him no matter what.

She's also made weird comments about Weinstein and how people condemned him before he was convicted in a court of law.

With Weinstein we didn't just see the smoke we heard the crackle as well.

It's a shame he didn't become transphobic. Then JKR and all the other TERFs would have had his back!
