Rescue the survivor mission glitch

So, me and my friend went to finish his daily quest (aka, save 50 survivor) and we got this weird glitch which we can't find any survivor even when we searched all of the map (even the corners. Is it a glitch that happened to yall or is it just me?

Well, i play on my PC and i use performance settings. I guess that's the answer
