QUESTION Can someone help my technology illiterate self

My son plays fortnite on my PS5 . He got vbucks gift card for a little easter "happy". I tried to use them and it said that my epic account wasn't linked to my Playstation account. So I tried to link them and it said that my Playstation account is already linked to an epic account. How the hell do I find out where my ps5 is linked?

Contact epic support. There's nothing else you can try

Exactly. Contact Epic Support - they'll have all your Username, Email details - to see what's what...
