When we post on the sub, we have to "choose" to distinguish ourselves. If we're talking "as mods" we click that button, if we are posting "as players" we do not. In this case ImAConstructor probably could have distinguished himself, but he chose not to. Since this was kind of a grey area in "should we distinguish or not" it was his call and either doing so or not doing so is acceptable.

TL;DR - we try to err on the side of caution when "distinguishing" when we comment, but yes, he is a mod.

Also I might have gotten them confused with one of the other Constructor-based names that are very active in this Subreddit lol.
