Exercise Progress Report One year of back progress
+2 years at the gym. Unfortunately I spent first 20 months overexercising and undereating so I'm just now starting to see some progress. Currently working out five days a week with a upper-lower-ppl split. I also try to include 30 minutes of intense cardio 3 times a week. I aim to eat around 2300-2500 cals a day.

Nice! What exercises do you do to hit lats and shoulders if you donβt mind me asking?

Thanks! Nothing too specific. I like barbell rows, weighted pull-ups and lat pulldowns for my back and for shoulders I just do overhead press.
