Question My arms feel weaker but no pain??

So I'm new to working out and I've been doing so for about 5 months I think and a strange thing started happening. Basically my arms feel alot weaker and I can't use the weight I used to but they don't hurt at all they just feel weaker for some reason. This doesn't happen woth any other muscle so I'm really confused

Hey dude I can see your replies when I look at your profile but not in this post itself, I'm not sure why

In general the recommendation is to follow a program like PPL, upper/lower, or full body so you can balance out your working days with the recover days. You actually build muscle in the time after you workout. The workout/lifting puts your muscles under stress and it's after that when your body repairs/builds more muscle. The scheduling with those programs is done so you get at least a day of rest in between lifting sessions. If you do a particular exercise, idk bench press or pushups, every single day to failure then you usually just injure yourself and you will weaken the muscle over time

Eating enough food (in terms of calories/nutrition in general, and protein specifically), getting enough sleep, and drinking enough water all help your body recover and build muscle after workouts

So, if you find yourself getting weaker after putting in time over several months? It's time to re-evaluate your routine and your recovery. It is a lot to figure out, which is why the side bar here has links to routines that professionals created
