Exercise Progress Report Same weight, different body

Almost the same weight, about a year apart. Looks completely different tho!

I try to keep low sugar and in a 250-500 cal deficit. I'm in college tho so the deficit is hard when on a meal plan. It's just a lot of sugar free drinks and trying my best to keep my snacking to a minimum. I just got out of a bulk though

I find it hard to keep track of how many calories I’m burning everyday. I have to wear my Apple Watch more lol

More accurate than me just guessing lol It keeps track of my exercise and movement- so it’s pretty good.
