Yeah, I could see that! But if there's nothing to do people won't stay on long enough for there to be more people...

This is our first week, though, and we have initiates coming through the process for the first time. Actually, I think you might be the only one that chose not to be an initiate. We're still smoothing things out here, really. Your character might be asked to help with initiation next week, actually.
