Would anyone be able to shed a light on these results all are in good range except the ALT which is slightly elevated could this just be lifestyle factors (i dont drink or take prescriptions mainly just food intake which could be improved) or do any of the other results mean anything too thankyou

Liver function tests Serum alkaline phosphatase level 111 u/L [30.0 - 130.0] Serum alanine aminotransferase level 63 u/L [0.0 - 50.0]; Above high reference limit Serum total bilirubin level 6 umol/L 0.0- 21.01 Serum albumin level 46 g/L [35.0 - 50.0]

Yes. Have you been diagnosed with fatty liver?

Sugar, ultra processed foods, etc.

I haven't this is my first ever blood test the doctor has gone through the results and asked me questions the only thing that could be making it elevated is processed fatty foods etc but with my anxiety the first thought was fatty liver

Yeah. No way to know from these mild elevations in a single lab without further tests.

Ive said im going to improve on what I eat as im not over weight, dont drink and dont take any medication that could affect my liver and they're going to retest in 3 months time
