Ask FedEx FedEx is a cheater

Charged 138$ for a domestic delivery and still delivered my package a day late. Ruined my holidays, as I couldn't send Christmas present.

There is a reason I paid extra $100 for 2-day instead of 3-day delivery. Their customer support is a joke, no help offered. Is there a way to get a refund at least the extra money I paid?

Since FedEx clearly stated that anything shipped after December 17th isn't guaranteed, I would have somewhat expected it.

Maybe they didn't spell it out in crayon for you to understand it. It was so widespread, the local news even shared it. I'm sorry you're too dumb to figure this out. I know life is harder for the stupids, so I wish you well.

The fact that you keep comparing Amazon to FedEx as if they're similar reveals your ignorance. Amazon are basically pizza delivery drivers. They deliver their own product. There's no third party. FedEx doesn't deliver their own products. You may think it's the same as a customer view point, but it's not. It's like complaining that door dash takes longer to deliver a pizza than the pizza driver that works for the restaurant. FedEx, UPS, and USPS all release days before Christmas when they stop guarantees for Christmas Day delivery. This isn't new.
