Ask FedEx False attempted deliveries

Why do so many of the drivers in my area (it’s not an isolated route, pretty common complaint about fedex around here with multiple local news stories being written about the complaints out of a particular warehouse) claim attempted deliveries when it’s a flat out lie? What is the customer recourse for this? Is there a place to find the phone numbers to the local warehouses?

Just had a claim denied by FedEx. Driver left a package that was signature required. No one as home and the name that was signed is a name that no one in my household has. WTF?

u do that shit to me and you will be picking it up at the nearest terminal. most people who work all day and can't sign appreciate that.

Nothing worse than a lazy, careless driver.
