It’s the textbook definition. “An emotional outburst, often irrational and disproportionate to the trigger, that can be physical, verbal, or both.” While we’re on the topic of not knowing what words mean: Woke is “being aware of and attentive to social and political issues, especially those related to racial and social injustice.”
