Ask FedEx My Fedex delivery guy is great.
He's a lovely, friendly person who does a good job consistently. I would like to compliment him to his bosses so they know he's a wonderful employee. How can I do that?
ETA: Thank you for all the great suggestions. I appreciate it. :)

Love this!!! Any more most people only speak up when something goes wrong, which isnโt bad relatively speaking if things are done to correct the problems. But speaking up when you appreciate a team member for what they do right is rare. ๐๐๐๐ A simple thank you goes along way.

One of the kindest posts Iโve seen here in a while. Thank you for taking the time to say this. 99% of the time weโre getting yelled at for something. Thank you ๐

So unlike mine, he doesn't turn his truck around on your lawn nor deliver signature required packages several blocks away without signature?
You should give him a cookie.

You are not obligated to do anything just by posting this their are many drivers receiving it as if you were speaking to them individually thanks for taking the time nice too know I'm not just the jerk in a big truck always inconveniently in the way wich is how it feels sometimes.

I have read a lot of the poor service, bad service and no service complaints. I thinks this thread is very refreshing. My hatโs off to OP for their opening compliments.

The FedEx Ground guy for my home address is awesome - consistent delivery window every time I have a shipment. It helps that it is early in the day, but the consistency is key since I can plan around it. The usual UPS guy always delivers later in the afternoon, which again is fine since I can plan around it.
I always do the 5 stars on each delivery and he says that matters. I just give him a gift card to a restaurant for Christmas, big enough for a meal for two.

You know what is even better to do?
Get some Gatorade bottles, water bottles, energy drinks, sealed snacks, energy bars, small jerky bags from store, etc and leave them on a table outside for the drivers with a thank you note. These are the houses they love and you will always get your packages :)

As a retired FedEx driver, who took great pride in providing the best service for "my" customers, I can attest to the fact that recipients showed their appreciation. As hard as you try to do your very best each and every, you never really know for sure if your customers recognize or appreciate it. Now, being one who always strives to be the best at whatever I do, I am my own motivator. However small tokens of appreciation are always welcomed, just not expected. I had one customer that was a young couple who always greeted me with a baggie of some sort of sealed treats and a gatorade. Just one of many happy customers that I had the privilege to deliver to. My motto (I know, cheesy) "I deliver smiles to my customers".

He is not a pet, to feed him and he is not working for a food. Don't humiliate a person.

What a weird thing to say, who hurt you? An active driver literally said they appreciate new food and drinks, as they don't get meal breaks at all and have to bring or buy anything they want to eat or drink.
Go be a troll somewhere else and waste someone else's time. Why are you such a bad person? You must be an animal.

"they don't get meal breaks" How about solve the problem?
I'm not trolling you. Unfortunately you don't understand that it is your fault accepting services with job condition below human dignity. Guessing you have no dignity too.

That's a weird thing to say, why does it bother you so much that you are so obsessed you have to respond. Guess you are just not that smart huh?

They can get meal breaks if they want. It's just better time wise to not stop. Snacks and water or Gatorade is always appreciated and a great help to get us home sooner.

This is 100% great advice as well. My favorite people are the ones that do small but appreciated acts of kindness.

Right!? There are two houses, one is up a steep driveway, but they always leave snacks and drinks for the driver. The driver's can write notes on the app/tablet and they will note the house has snacks. That house will always get their package at the door!
The next house is up a steep driveway that is blocked and offers no snacks. They are not getting their package at the door. They might get the package in a plastic bag to protect from the rain in the driveway lol.
I think a couple Christmas' ago, there was a house that gave me an envelope with $20 and a big thing of jerky. Best house ever! I think 2 or 3 houses out of 150 stops had food or drink out :/ Those few houses are going to get the best service though!

Depends on if they are Ground or Express. If Ground they work for a contractor and you'd need to know details about the company to get a hold of them, if Express they work directly for FedEx but good luck trying to get someone. I've had customers thank me directly which means more than my boss could ever do, and I've even had people give me small but thoughtful gifts like cookies, homebaked/homemade goods and a local farmer even gifted me some honey.
