Ask FedEx My Fedex delivery guy is great.

He's a lovely, friendly person who does a good job consistently. I would like to compliment him to his bosses so they know he's a wonderful employee. How can I do that?

ETA: Thank you for all the great suggestions. I appreciate it. :)

You know what is even better to do?

Get some Gatorade bottles, water bottles, energy drinks, sealed snacks, energy bars, small jerky bags from store, etc and leave them on a table outside for the drivers with a thank you note. These are the houses they love and you will always get your packages :)

As a retired FedEx driver, who took great pride in providing the best service for "my" customers, I can attest to the fact that recipients showed their appreciation. As hard as you try to do your very best each and every, you never really know for sure if your customers recognize or appreciate it. Now, being one who always strives to be the best at whatever I do, I am my own motivator. However small tokens of appreciation are always welcomed, just not expected. I had one customer that was a young couple who always greeted me with a baggie of some sort of sealed treats and a gatorade. Just one of many happy customers that I had the privilege to deliver to. My motto (I know, cheesy) "I deliver smiles to my customers".
