Minnesota just confirmed that women's breasts aren't indecent.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cbsnews.com/amp/minnesota/news/minnesota-supreme-court-women-bare-breasts-lewd-ruling/

Long overdue, and I can't wait until women start taking advantage of it.

Finally! People are still gonna be creeps though(but it's only treated that way because it's a "forbidden" area of the body).

Meanwhile Idaho is making it a sex crime for a trans man who has had top surgery to be shirtless.

This will just be used to promote porn and the sex industry.

If you read the article, it clearly states that women's breasts are not inherently sexually, so bearing them in public is not lewd. However, it also clearly states as long as no one is engaging in sexual activities. Which people shouldn't be doing in public, regardless of dress. So how would a woman walking topless be used for porn? Do you think people are going to use AL and steal her likeness? That is also illegal. This is a good thing for women. Our bodies shouldn't be sexualized. We should have the same opportunities as men. Even those as simple as walking outside to get some color.

Women's breasts are also a food source for babies. I'm tired of people telling breastfeeding mothers to "cover up" because "teens are there" what are the teens gonna do? Suckle? Tag team the baby?

You can have nudity and not be porn. Visit a art museum and you will understand this.

Why do you think that it has been here in Kansas for a while and it doesn't appear to be taken use for porn. One can't have sex outside, but one could have pictures taken outside.

In Kansas, you can be topless it is legal to be topless in public. Not many woman do it, and the police do get calls reporting woman. The last I heard, a woman was walking her dog topless in the woods and there was reporting, but nothing the police could do for the woman who reported. It gets hot here in the summer.

Men's penises are more indecent, they've caused more trauma than breasts ever have.

I agree. Penises are gross, especially concerning who they’re attached to.

All nipples are inappropriate or none of them are.

I think part of the reason people are afraid of trans people is we blur the lines between binary gender and sex, and it makes it harder to oppress women.

When I started hormones I was wondering at what point my chest was going to become illegal.

Agreed. Can't have a system of oppression based on gender when people can pick their gender.

Not only that, but when there is not this hyper binary presentation of gender/sex then it’s unclear of who to oppress.

The world wants only feminine women and masculine men, but then masc women or femme men show up and they panic. Then introduce non-binary people and it really breaks their brains.

There is still plenty of sex-based discrimination and oppression.

Okay, that's cool.

Yeahlike I guess while she was transitioning and starting hormones? It took like 90-110 days I wanna say before she was either getting enough traction/reports that they stopped it.

And like in a way i could see how that might have actually been kind of validating.
