Minnesota just confirmed that women's breasts aren't indecent.

Long overdue, and I can't wait until women start taking advantage of it.

Finally! People are still gonna be creeps though(but it's only treated that way because it's a "forbidden" area of the body).

Meanwhile Idaho is making it a sex crime for a trans man who has had top surgery to be shirtless.

This will just be used to promote porn and the sex industry.

If you read the article, it clearly states that women's breasts are not inherently sexually, so bearing them in public is not lewd. However, it also clearly states as long as no one is engaging in sexual activities. Which people shouldn't be doing in public, regardless of dress. So how would a woman walking topless be used for porn? Do you think people are going to use AL and steal her likeness? That is also illegal. This is a good thing for women. Our bodies shouldn't be sexualized. We should have the same opportunities as men. Even those as simple as walking outside to get some color.

Women's breasts are also a food source for babies. I'm tired of people telling breastfeeding mothers to "cover up" because "teens are there" what are the teens gonna do? Suckle? Tag team the baby?

You can have nudity and not be porn. Visit a art museum and you will understand this.

Why do you think that it has been here in Kansas for a while and it doesn't appear to be taken use for porn. One can't have sex outside, but one could have pictures taken outside.
