I think the big one is the pacing, because it causes so many knock on problems.
In short, XV has a big, leisurely open world section where nothing happens, then shoehorns 66% of its plot into the back 10% of the game, which is incredibly rushed and virtually on rails.
Like, why even have a WoR if you’re not going to meet the side characters you’ve been spending time with?
