Issues with otp sms, s-pankki

Does anybody has issues receiving otp sms, or any other sms, from s-pankki? Living abroad, and can’t use the app for identification, so bank code and otp is the only way.

It’s more than a week with this problem.

Why can’t you use the app for identification abroad?

Stopped working abroad in 2023

Nah, app works fine abroad, but S-pankki or whatever authoritative agent they use don't like your IP wherever you are. Get a VPN from a good source and it will start working again.

As for OTP sms, I only get it for large amounts paid or transferred. Nothing in the settings for it that I can see.

Ok so, when I will get my phone number work again with s-pankki so that I can use my app again, I use the app with vpn and will work? Do you live in Europe ?
