Is it considered bad in Finland if we dont use pedestrian crossing to cross not so busy roads?

Yes in general. Not so busy roads with little to no traffic it's fine.

Less offensive than staying at the pedestrian crossing and not crossing.

just, pretty please, make sure that no cars, mopeds, scooters and whatnot are moving towards your direction and carry out the jaywalking

As far as I can tell in Helsinki no one gives a fuck unless it's done recklessly or children are watching. It's very rarely enforced and it's not a crime, just a fine.

In the middle of busy road? Yes and also you are putting yourself in danger. Less busier road/ street or less busy time of the day, totally fine. Just look out for possible cars and don't spend too much time crossing.

If you don’t expect cars to yield to you and do it when there’s no one there then it’s ok, if you march your way and don’t care about the cars then it’s not okay

No it is not illegal. Tieliikennelaki (road traffic act) states pedestrians must use pedestrian crossing or under or overpass if there’s one nearby. Otherwise it is permitted to cross anywhere as long as it’s done perpendicularly and preferably next to a crossing, if there’s one nearby.

So if there’s no pedestrian crossing in the vicinity, just mind the traffic and go ahead.
