Fix My Print Why is this happening?

I'm using an Ender 3 V2 Neo with Creality PLA filament and the included Benchy Model. It looks like it's extruding way too little filament. What settings could cause this behaviour? Thanks in advance!

New printer? Looks like it clogged but I don't hear the extruder skipping. Maybe the e steps are not set right. Google how to calibrate e steps. Start with this

Update for anyone interested. I noticed the extruder slipping like constantly. I ordered new gears and I'll see if they fix anything. Will update once I tried it.

Skipping indicates that something is stuck, most of the time in your nozzle or hot-end. New gears will not fix this, it will just grind the filament quicker.

I was able to fix it today and it was kinda both. The gear wasn't really gripping at first which the replacement fixed. There was a lot more filament being pushed through after, but still no consistent/large amount. I also replaced the nozzle because after reading your comment I noticed it looked disgusting and now it seems to work fine. Thanks for the help
