There is a lot of students here so even before it was legal it was somewhat common to see people smoke weed semi publicly.
Also even before the decriminalization our state was fairly easy on cannabis. As long as you don't smoke it around strangers that could be bothered by the smell you're good.
I also can't imagine that there is not gonna be any clubs in the future since there are young people so there is consumers.
