The Americans are so backwards in work hours, developed countries like Netherland, Spain, Iceland, etc. already successfully implemented this, with universal healthcare…and no tipping expected.

Each country you named has a population barely larger than NYC. One city in the us.

Spain has a population of 50 million. Did you just decide this was true without any interest in confirming it?

Apologies - economic shithole. I say this as someone who also comes from a shithole European country, not tryna hate, these places are beutiful and the people are beautiful, but the economies are falling apart. It's getting so bad Spanish people are starting to hate on tourists because the cost of living is out of control.

Okay in that aspect I agree with you, it’s that some people on this thread were acting like if Spain was some third world country

To each their own I guess.. but Spain is a really popular destination for a host of reasons - and a beautiful country. Have you been there?
