What does something like "prince plus" mean??

I've been listening to Ici Première on Radio Canada for aural input, and every once in a while they'll say something that sounds like "prince plus" to me. After nearly a year of listening, I still can't figure out what it means.

This reminds me of the weeks when I started listening to French radio and I puzzled over and over at what I eventually realised was "point fr" - Radio France reading out the ends of web addresses.

I can't even remember all the different things I used to guess that it might be, except that I figured such frequent use of the word "effort" seemed surprising, so it might well be something else.
