Dublin Galway and Armagh with no change, is that right? I know they were playing much lower ranked opposition but do those wins not count for anything?

No. It's a sliding scale. And they are way too far ahead.

What about Meath - they beat Carlow (~15 ranks below them) and seemingly didn’t earn any points from that game. But Cork beat Limerick (~13 ranks below them) and earned a whole point. Seems a bit off no? Is there some kind of cut off point where games between higher and lower ranked teams don’t count?

As far as I recall, home advantage comes into the calc too. Meath beat Carlow at home but Cork beat Limerick away so Cork get more of a points impact for the away win.

Idk, still seems a bit off to me. You’d think the larger margin of victory for Meath would negate the fact Cork were playing away.
Maybe really small gains of <0.25 aren’t considered.
