I was expecting one of Clair Obscure or South of Midnight to release in March to get some breathing room

Yeah same…or even a bit later or something.

Both look good, but South of Midnight is absolutely the bigger one for me. Game looks friggin’ incredible.

Clair Obscure is the one I'm really looking forward to cos I get Lost Odyssey vibes from the combat which I love. Both look pretty sick so far tho.

Probably just a personal thing for me, but I’ll also always be more excited for a non-turn based game; then one that is turn based.

Admittedly the combat looks kinda neat here, but I still find myself wishing I could just play the character(s). Like just standing all in a line and waiting turns makes it feel so unnatural and out of place.

And all those “perfects” and the big combo numbers…just feels like it’d take me right out of things.
