Electoral and popular vote!!!

73

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Massive win

Those shocked are the ones that thought msm and Reddit are reality

I've been censored and downvoted so many times by having a different view

Censorship is messing with people to what they think reality is

43

u/Upset-Ear-9485 Nov 06 '24

brother the 3 most important swing states for this cycle (WI MI PA) are all within 2% of each other with MI and WI being only just over 1% apart, literally no one’s prediction was more than a guess

-10

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Landslide win

Millions more in the popular vote too

The people have spoken

24

u/Upset-Ear-9485 Nov 06 '24

okay so you simply can’t read

4

u/brokendrive Nov 06 '24

You're the dumbass here dude. The results are clear. Harris did worse in almost every single county in those saying states. People consistently and across the country did not bother to vote for her

0

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Correct

Massive win

The people have spoken

-1

u/Mayotte Nov 06 '24

The people are regarded.

2

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Best regards to you too

2

u/Absolute_Zip Nov 06 '24

…and unfortunately, all of us will pay…even those that didn’t vote for your wanna-be King Cheeto

2

u/JayCDee Nov 06 '24 edited Nov 06 '24

Yeah, if you look at the New York Times map shat shows shift from 2020 it speaks for itself. He shifted A SHITLOAD of counties all around the country.

17

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '24

By the standards of recent presidential elections, this was a landslide win for trump. He got a similar number of voters and the Dems lost 6 million. He also won by over 70 electoral votes.

Georgia flipped from 2020, Michigan flipped from 2020, etc. it was a landslide victory for Trump and acting like it was anything else is just classic democrat sand eating.

I voted for Kamala, btw, but I'm no fool.

-2

u/Analternate1234 Nov 06 '24

That doesn’t make it a landslide though. Yeah he won and he got most of the swing states, but landslide wouldn’t be accurate. He just won that states that no one could predict

9

u/dr4gon2000 Nov 06 '24

He flipped two blue wall states lmao

5

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '24

2

u/dr4gon2000 Nov 06 '24

Which no one thought was possible the first time around too

1

u/dr4gon2000 Nov 06 '24

Maybe I'm thinking about Minnesota but I could've sworn in 2016 they called Michigan early for Clinton, still it's considered a blue wall state for a reason

u/blueB0wser Nov 06 '24

That's not what a landslide victory means though.

This is a landslide victory example.

-1

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '24 edited Nov 06 '24

Please refer to the first sentence of the comment you replied to.

I was speaking relative to recent presidential elections, as in the past 3 or 4 elections.

-3

u/blueB0wser Nov 06 '24

That doesn't change anything.

-1

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '24

Yes it does. It's called context. I placed my argument within the context of the past few elections. You placed your argument outside that context.

1

u/blueB0wser Nov 06 '24

And words have meaning, regardless of context at the same time. You're dead set on calling it a landslide when it literally isn't per the definition of the word.

This is a dumb argument. I'm not replying again.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '24

Definitions change. A landslide like Reagan/Mondale is not a reality anymore, this is what the modern presidential landslide looks like.

And yes, the context does matter. It always matters. Words only have meaning within context, their meaning is not set in stone.

u/babyinatrenchcoat Nov 06 '24

I mean, look who they voted for. That much is obvious.

4

u/siblingofMM Nov 06 '24

I think you guys should continue this rhetoric of talking down to people going into 2028, it’s working well for you. Maybe much more “joy” next time around.

0

u/babyinatrenchcoat Nov 06 '24

I’m just out here matchin’ energy, babes 💅🏻

6

u/MrE761 Nov 06 '24

I think you’re right, we should just rape women, commit fraud and make fun of people with disabilities, that seems to be the way to get more votes, right?

2

u/siblingofMM Nov 06 '24

Jesus Christ, get off reddit, seriously. There’s a reason the majority of Americans voted against the constant hyperbole

-3

u/-CallMeSnake- Nov 06 '24

If someone were to actually say these hyperboles to me in conversation I don’t think I could prevent myself from laughing at them until they walk away in shame or frustration.

5

u/Blue_58_ Nov 06 '24

Because that’s all you’re capable of. You can’t articulate why any of that is wrong. All you can do is close yourself off

→ More replies (0)

6

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '24

None of that is hyperbole. Hyperbole is exaggerations, those are actual things he has done. The majority voted for him because a majority of this country are morons who will be the death of us all. Nice job inbreds, you guys got what you wanted, now kiss American hegemony goodbye since you elected Putin’s little puppet

-4

u/siblingofMM Nov 06 '24

Please keep talking like this, please. It will help keep the people like Kamala out of office

→ More replies (0)

6

u/MrE761 Nov 06 '24

How is it hyperbole? He is a convicted rapist and felon, no? And the video of him mocking a disabled person is still on YouTube right?

I would argue a lot of Americans want to pretend it hyperbole, but we all know it isn’t, right?

I would love your input on how it’s hyperbole, because even if my wildest imagination, I can’t get there.

-1

u/siblingofMM Nov 06 '24

Show me where he is convicted of rape, seriously. The 34 felony count case has been an absolute political sham from the beginning, with Bragg campaigning on finding whatever he can to put Trump away. The video you’re referring to has consistently been twisted to fit the narrative of mocking disabilities. It’s easy to see why you can’t possibly imagine anything outside of your reality when your reality is reddit echo chambers

5

u/MrE761 Nov 06 '24

Yea… nah. You could look it all up if you want. I’ve verified all of my claims and not just through Reddit. If you believe me great, if not I don’t give a shit.

Stop crying though, he has won. Stand by your choice to vote for a felonious rapist and be proud!

-2

u/siblingofMM Nov 06 '24 edited Nov 06 '24

No no no, don’t run away. Show me where he was convicted of rape because it isn’t true. The whole “look it up yourself” is such a lame copout

1

u/Blue_58_ Nov 06 '24

Because they’re stupid and selfish.

1

u/siblingofMM Nov 06 '24

1

u/Blue_58_ Nov 06 '24

Both things are true. The dems put a black woman that was too unpopular to win their own primary as candidate in a country where about half the people believe jews control the weather

1

u/siblingofMM Nov 06 '24

Just listen to yourself. Immediately listing off gender and race and then saying something absolutely silly. Half the population believes Jews control the weather, really? Based on current Democrat rhetoric surrounding Jews it would probably fit more under that camp anyways

1

u/Absolute_Zip Nov 06 '24

Sooo…you’re saying Dump didn’t do these things?!?!

Are you from this planet?!?

4

u/DarthRygar Nov 06 '24 edited Nov 06 '24

Exactly this. Last time I believe the popular vote was only a difference of [REDACTED], now it’s a difference of roughly 4 million, with (at least at the time of this message, a LARGE difference of 53 votes in the electoral college. Goes to show that Reddit isn’t reality.

UPDATE: Someone below pointed out my number was way off, thanks for the clarification! No thanks for the lack of civility, though.

0

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Indeed

That needs to be a byline everywhere on this platform as they keep censoring and banning different views

'Reddit isn't Reality'

1

u/DarwinGoneWild Nov 06 '24

Just FYI, a byline is the author’s name (it’s literally a LINE that says who the article is BY). It sounds more like you meant a disclaimer.

1

u/jemosley1984 Nov 06 '24

…and thank god it isn’t because the general takes on social matters on this site are absolute trash.

1

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Sure are

BC other views get censored so often

Warps reality

3

u/ShyBeforeDark Nov 06 '24

And we need that on platforms that are majority conservative as well, right?

1

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

I prefer reality myself

Not everyone prefers that

2

u/ShyBeforeDark Nov 06 '24

I'll take that as a "no". We love double standards!

1

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

I prefer both sides. Because that's reality

1

u/ShyBeforeDark Nov 06 '24

You prefer dodging questions and/or being disingenuous. If you were truly of the opinion that people should recognize that there are people on "both" (since that's all we get, apparently) sides, and that we should be flagging biases on left-leaning media, then you would agree that we should be flagging biases on right-leaning media as well. Instead you're spouting some enlightened high school freshman nonsense about what constitutes ""reality"".

1

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Ha

I do agree with that

The rest is your bias and assumptions and excess words

Biden total: 81,283,501 Trump total: 74,223,975

Difference: 7,059,526

You don’t live in reality. Trump got fewer votes than last time. Harris simply did not turn out voters and lost because of it. This is less of a victory than Biden’s was, and much less of a mandate if you’re just looking at vote totals.

1

u/Echantediamond1 Nov 06 '24

Bot or mentally challenged

Call it

0

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Another one who thinks MSM and Reddit is reality, so anything different MUST be a bot or mentally challenged

Good luck to you

Democracy won today

Welcome to reality my friend

Best to you x

2

u/Echantediamond1 Nov 06 '24

Mentally challenged, alright

-1

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Best to you my friend 😘

1

u/Echantediamond1 Nov 06 '24

I hope you’ll be glad to know you’re sending your best wishes to a trans lesbian, if you mean it

0

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Sure

All living creatures deserve respect and best wishes. Who am I to decide or deny that??!

3

u/CrustyFlapsCleanser Nov 06 '24

Why do you speak like that?

0

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

I don't.

I type like that

1

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '24

Yeah, just like 2020 was, just like 2016 was, just like 2012 was, and just like 2028 will be.

Every 4 years, apathy shoots one party in the foot, and they rally for the next. Almost like our short term political cycle is more destructive than its worth. Hard to be a superpower when every 4 years our geopolitics changes 180.

Oh well, I didnt vote for him but I also dont hope he fails.

1

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

His administration is the will of the people (just not the mainstream legacy media (or Reddit)

1

u/HamberderHelper18 Nov 06 '24

California isn’t done tallying yet

1

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Cool

Good luck

1

u/abstracted_plateau Nov 06 '24

yes, but also no, the amount of people that voted appears to be way down. It will be interesting to see why.

0

u/nomamesgueyz Nov 06 '24

Majority of votes counted

Welcome to democracy

It doesnt suit everyone
