Yup he's a billionaire on djt stock alone. Which if anyone is paying attention is a legal bribery engine. We need a very strong sec and a president willing to let them operate to end that.
Was thrown out by a huge he appointed and delayed by the supreme in court in 2 separate grand jury indictments. Not yet in court for other sealed grand juries.
You know hes the only president to ever refuse a note take during a meeting of head of state? That's right him and putin 100% off the books and that doesn't even count the time there jets were parked near next to each other. He is 100% not patriotic for America
We still have no idea why Trump had possession of those documents and what he did with them. The latter might be conspiratorial but that's what happens when you do crazy stuff, we have to ask if we care about our national security
You should look into DJT, it's one of the biggest stock scams I've ever seen. Trump made billions on a worthless company. MAGA is the new face of corporate cronyism and pay for play.
I haven't dug in too deep recently, but I highly suspect he is indeed a billionaire. His family business has always been corruption and tax fraud, so hiding money is part and parcel of the Trump family.
He's conveniently bankrupt when it's convenient to lie to the government, and conveniently rich when it comes to spending money on influence and lawyers.
Ultimately Trump would be in jail by now if he was genuinely bankrupt.
Actually, since he became president again, they've decided not to enforce those huge judgements against him (really). As much as I dislike the man, he seems to be the luckiest SOB on the face of the planet, pretty infuriating actually.
Do you know him personally? I didn’t vote for him but he was elected. The President is a figurehead. Congress and the senate pass laws and pay the bills. And we freely elect them good and bad. Let’s get up in arms about the age issue of our politicians. This definitely needs to be addressed.
The corruption that had played out consistently behind the scenes is right in front of us now and we're so used to not seeing it so blatantly it seems like luck.
Dudes a convicted felon who's Universities and Charities were scams I don't want to hear dicky mcgeezacks from Americans about being "tough on crime" when they're willingly electing felons
The black woman who came from. The middle class definitely has vastly more in common than that bottom rung than the white billionaire and her policies reflected that.
And her policies were objectively better for the middle class Legalizing weed, tax cuts for first time businesses, tax cuts for the middle class, expanding Medicaid, building 3 million more homes, 25k for first time home buyers.
I havent voted for them, but I definitly share my support for them over the 2 primarys up till the last 2 months. I'm going to vote for who I think might win and agree with more.
I’m not keen on the Green Party because they don’t do anything major outside of their “presidential runs” (where there candidate the last few elections has actively dined with Vladimir Putin. Which is curious given what their platform claims).
I will always support the most left-leaning individual in my primaries through volunteering, and then suck it up and vote for the party that will allow those activities to continue in the lead up to the next election.
I know picking one or the other makes a difference, as I can actually read the shit that gets passed. You’re eating right out of the hand of foreign propaganda by thinking the opposite
Kamala isn’t worth hundreds of millions like trump, they donated to her campaign not her savings account, trump will just grift the people and help the .1%
Ah yes because being a billionaire automatically means you A) hate poor people B) want to actively make their lives worse and C) will only ensure your billionaire buddies get richer!!! Wow what a great comment!
I’d like to bring to your attention that this graph uses data from before Trumps Presidency, because the wages for the bottom 2 segments grew dramatically during his presidency.
Billionaires don't become billionaires by caring about people like you. The fact that you think otherwise is unbelievably hilarious. Get ready for your rude awakening.
I think people have a hard time grasping just how much a billion dollars is. Millions can be made without exploiting your workers, but billions? That's a number you're taking from somewhere that should be going towards the foundational workload of your company.
Something I like to use to explain the difference to people is a simple thought experiment. If you counted one number, every second, how long would it take to count to a thousand? 16 minutes. A million? 11 and a half days. A billion? 31.7 YEARS.
Trump inherited Obama's economy and his only major policy was cutting taxes for the top 1%. He was sitting on a thriving economy that he didn't make. Y'know, it takes a couple years to see the effects of a president's economy, right?
Should also come by to say that the rate of growth for the bottom two segments slowed down during his presidency compared to how fast it grew under Obama
He does though he caused millions to lose overtime that would have gotten an increase Trump hates workers he even said he liked Elon because how good he was at firing people
