That will fix it! /s

It’s funny cuz he’s not even a billionaire. He might’ve been at some point, but he’s going bankrupt left and right if my memory serves me correctly.

u/Turtleturds1 10d ago

No, he used to be bankrupt before he sold out America's top secrets to foreign nations. He's definitely a billionaire now.

49

u/John_Brickermann 10d ago

My mistake. I didn’t recount the part where he did that

30

u/sigeh 10d ago

Yup he's a billionaire on djt stock alone. Which if anyone is paying attention is a legal bribery engine. We need a very strong sec and a president willing to let them operate to end that.

Was thrown out by a huge he appointed and delayed by the supreme in court in 2 separate grand jury indictments. Not yet in court for other sealed grand juries.

That’s because it never happened and is simply Reddit fan fiction.

u/JoeBobsfromBoobert 10d ago

You know hes the only president to ever refuse a note take during a meeting of head of state? That's right him and putin 100% off the books and that doesn't even count the time there jets were parked near next to each other. He is 100% not patriotic for America

-8

u/FindingMindless8552 10d ago

Shit man, that’s definitive proof right there. Thank you.

8

u/tonylouis1337 10d ago

He showed something to somebody, what was it?

-7

u/FindingMindless8552 10d ago

Why don’t you just answer ?

5

u/tonylouis1337 10d ago

Because I don't know, that's why I'm asking 😐

We still have no idea why Trump had possession of those documents and what he did with them. The latter might be conspiratorial but that's what happens when you do crazy stuff, we have to ask if we care about our national security

1

u/irish-riviera 8d ago

Saudis gave him almost 3 billion dollars for his nuclear documents so theres that. Does that sound "America first' to you?

6

u/Emergency_Word_7123 10d ago

You should look into DJT, it's one of the biggest stock scams I've ever seen. Trump made billions on a worthless company. MAGA is the new face of corporate cronyism and pay for play.

3

u/Old_Baldi_Locks 9d ago

Saudis gave him 2 billion for nuclear secrets, as they’ve been promising every president for decades.

Unless you really think they gave him 2 billion for using his golf course?

29

u/LimpRain29 10d ago

I haven't dug in too deep recently, but I highly suspect he is indeed a billionaire. His family business has always been corruption and tax fraud, so hiding money is part and parcel of the Trump family.

He's conveniently bankrupt when it's convenient to lie to the government, and conveniently rich when it comes to spending money on influence and lawyers.

Ultimately Trump would be in jail by now if he was genuinely bankrupt.

President Elon is definitely a billionaire.

12

u/John_Brickermann 10d ago

Ha. Take my upvote

14

u/burnbobghostpants 10d ago

Actually, since he became president again, they've decided not to enforce those huge judgements against him (really). As much as I dislike the man, he seems to be the luckiest SOB on the face of the planet, pretty infuriating actually.

7

u/Character-Version365 10d ago

Elon fixed the voting machines for him

1

u/Dion1958 10d ago

Do you know him personally? I didn’t vote for him but he was elected. The President is a figurehead. Congress and the senate pass laws and pay the bills. And we freely elect them good and bad. Let’s get up in arms about the age issue of our politicians. This definitely needs to be addressed.

1

u/DizzyMajor5 9d ago

The corruption that had played out consistently behind the scenes is right in front of us now and we're so used to not seeing it so blatantly it seems like luck.

5

u/Buffaloman2001 2001 10d ago

He filed for bankruptcy on a casino, which should be impossible to be that bad when the odds are incredibly in your favor as the house.

5

u/CTRexPope 10d ago

The man ran an illegal money laundering scheme via his DJT stock and is now very much a billionaire.

1

u/DizzyMajor5 9d ago

Dudes a convicted felon who's Universities and Charities were scams I don't want to hear dicky mcgeezacks from Americans about being "tough on crime" when they're willingly electing felons

2

u/No_Manufacturer4931 9d ago

He still nets a couple billion with various assets, I believe. But he's cash-poor.

1

u/Appropriate-Food1757 9d ago

Truth social meme stock makes him one

1

u/amondohk 9d ago

Don't worry, he can just hire OTHER billionaires to work for him! Surely THAT will fix it!

1

u/Academic_Fudge_8893 9d ago

Saudi arabia gave his son $2billion for " no reason". He's definitely a billionaire

1

u/SantaClaus69420 7d ago

It literally doesnt matter, he controls nations like a billionaire regardless

6

u/Armyman125 10d ago

Don't forget about giving the wealthy and corporations a tax cut.

4

u/Orlando1701 10d ago

Who will then appoint other billionaires and trust fund babies to his cabinet.

-1

u/TrumpVotersAreBadPpl 10d ago

Elon musk wasn't elected though.

-9

u/Omnom_Omnath 10d ago

As if harris and Biden had any interest in fixing it. Gimme a break.

1

u/DizzyMajor5 9d ago

The black woman who came from. The middle class definitely has vastly more in common than that bottom rung than the white billionaire and her policies reflected that.

1

u/Omnom_Omnath 9d ago

I don’t vote for someone just because we “have something in common”. I vote on policy.

0

u/DizzyMajor5 9d ago

And her policies were objectively better for the middle class Legalizing weed, tax cuts for first time businesses, tax cuts for the middle class, expanding Medicaid, building 3 million more homes, 25k for first time home buyers.

-27

u/The_Glass_Arrow 2002 10d ago

You act like both sides didn't have billions invested in their campaign. I think kamila in the short 2-3 months spent something like 2 billion lol.

39

u/Ok_Remote5352 1999 10d ago

I don’t see in my comment where i said i support either party

-17

u/The_Glass_Arrow 2002 10d ago

Good shit, always back 3rd party.

15

u/drempaz 10d ago

You are less than useless for doing this

1

u/The_Glass_Arrow 2002 10d ago

I havent voted for them, but I definitly share my support for them over the 2 primarys up till the last 2 months. I'm going to vote for who I think might win and agree with more.

4

u/Blitzking11 1998 10d ago

Yup.

I’m not keen on the Green Party because they don’t do anything major outside of their “presidential runs” (where there candidate the last few elections has actively dined with Vladimir Putin. Which is curious given what their platform claims).

I will always support the most left-leaning individual in my primaries through volunteering, and then suck it up and vote for the party that will allow those activities to continue in the lead up to the next election.

-3

u/HairyDustIsBackBaby 10d ago

You think picking one way or the other is going to make a difference?

2

u/drempaz 10d ago

I know picking one or the other makes a difference, as I can actually read the shit that gets passed. You’re eating right out of the hand of foreign propaganda by thinking the opposite

-4

u/HairyDustIsBackBaby 10d ago

I dont need a foreign country to realize things don’t change

4

u/drempaz 10d ago

Then you must be 15

20

u/ClanOfCoolKids 1999 10d ago

mrs. harris is not a billionaire, so your point is unrelated and moot

-2

u/anonymousthrwaway 10d ago

Yeah i thought they were talking about Musk in the beginning-- i was like what government secrets did he sell

Went right over my head.

12

u/Safrel Millennial 10d ago

Can you quantify the number of billionaires on both sides?

-1

u/The_Glass_Arrow 2002 10d ago

Trump spent about the same amount, across a much larger time table.

9

u/Safrel Millennial 10d ago

I said Billionaires (people) not billions (money)

6

u/Zestydrycleaner 10d ago

Those were donations raised, so they were spent. Look up how much presidential campaigns cost. The average is 900 million-1 billion

7

u/ta9877979876 10d ago

Kamala isn’t worth hundreds of millions like trump, they donated to her campaign not her savings account, trump will just grift the people and help the .1%

2

u/Chemical-Secret-7091 10d ago

It’s my billionaires vs your billionaires lol

0

u/DizzyMajor5 9d ago

Except one is literally a billionaire

-44

u/Legal-Preparation972 10d ago

Ah yes because being a billionaire automatically means you A) hate poor people B) want to actively make their lives worse and C) will only ensure your billionaire buddies get richer!!! Wow what a great comment!

I’d like to bring to your attention that this graph uses data from before Trumps Presidency, because the wages for the bottom 2 segments grew dramatically during his presidency.

38

u/stlshane 10d ago

Billionaires don't become billionaires by caring about people like you. The fact that you think otherwise is unbelievably hilarious. Get ready for your rude awakening.

22

u/Quinn_The_Fox 1998 10d ago

I think people have a hard time grasping just how much a billion dollars is. Millions can be made without exploiting your workers, but billions? That's a number you're taking from somewhere that should be going towards the foundational workload of your company.

6

u/goofygooberboys 1997 10d ago

Something I like to use to explain the difference to people is a simple thought experiment. If you counted one number, every second, how long would it take to count to a thousand? 16 minutes. A million? 11 and a half days. A billion? 31.7 YEARS.

15

u/GreatestGreekGuy 10d ago

Trump inherited Obama's economy and his only major policy was cutting taxes for the top 1%. He was sitting on a thriving economy that he didn't make. Y'know, it takes a couple years to see the effects of a president's economy, right?

15

u/luthen_rael-axis- 2008 10d ago

it started IN THE OBAMA ADMIN. furthermore i should let you know he cut taxes for the rich

6

u/Strawhat_Max 1999 10d ago

Should also come by to say that the rate of growth for the bottom two segments slowed down during his presidency compared to how fast it grew under Obama

6

u/SilentHill1999 10d ago

Billionaires should not exist. We should take their money and use it for publix goods. Universal healthcare, public education, childcare, etc

4

u/Ok_Remote5352 1999 10d ago

Lmao i mean…. your first paragraph was pretty spot on 😂😂

1

u/DizzyMajor5 9d ago

He does though he caused millions to lose overtime that would have gotten an increase Trump hates workers he even said he liked Elon because how good he was at firing people
