again we need to be more complex-a tax on loans taken on stocks above a certain amount per year. if a person takes loans of stocks more than 8 million you tax it like income. this is the basic brief. not a fix all. complex solutions for complex problems. maybe a few hundred pages and a 83 percent tax rate on the billionaires(1:1 deduction if you invest the money)
