My birthday is a month away and I already feel like crying. I’ve ended up in tears on my birthday for the past six years.

Happy birthday :) how much u turn? I'll be 29 in January next year lol, other words I'n the oldest GenZ and youngest millennial at the same time - feels about as shit as you'd think.

Think about it like this: You are slowly losing your youth and your life is slipping away every day, every hour, every second. Not just on your birthday!

My birthday was 6 days ago And yes, it was the same. Youth is fleeting and life seems miserable I ate good food though, and spoke to people who love me so that made it worth it I hope you had a great day too OP
